About Jamsheed Cooper

Jamsheed earned his BS in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2016. Following that, he interned in the US Senate for 8 months under two democrat senators, where he gained exposure to various policy areas and issues, particularly related to foreign affairs. He also undertook an internship with the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs in 2018, where we worked primarily within the field of Artificial Intelligence, weapons of mass destruction, conflict resolution, and emerging technologies. He is now interested in issues of international development and public administration within the area of sanitation. He is currently interning with CLTS Foundation in Kolkata and will be joining the Institute of Development Studies, UK in September 2019.
