Dr Kamal Kar and Mr Sisir Pradhan from the CLTS Foundation Global, along with Mrs Loretta Roberts, WASH Specialist, UNICEF Ghana, met with the Honourable Deputy Minister, Republic of Ghana, Mr Baba Jamal M.A., and Mr Naa Demedeme, Acting Director, Environmental Health and Sanitation Directorate of the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, Republic of Ghana, during their recent visit last week, to discuss the progress made so far in improving people’s access to sanitation and hygiene facilities through CLTS and the way forward in meeting Ghana’s MDG sanitation goals.
