CLTS Rapid Appraisal Protocol (CRAP) is a diagnostic tool to review the quality and effectiveness of CLTS programme in the country. The participants include a diverse range of stakeholders at the national, sub-national (region or district) and community levels, engaged in participatory appraisal process of the national CLTS programme including action plans to scale-up CLTS across the country.
